The requalification of Luís Ribeiro square in São João da Madeira renovated the city center to give priority to the movement of people and the animation of the new square with water jets from the dry fountain.
This video summarizes the intervention areas, from the floor to the installation of urban furniture in granite (eg flower benches) and other materials (eg chairs and tables on the terrace). The work combines materials and execution techniques that reduce maintenance needs, ensure greater durability and provide better conditions for pedestrian mobility — according to São João da Madeira City Hall.
