The work at Paradise Circus, which has been renamed to Paradise Birmingham, is the most central rehabilitation project in Birmingham.

Some of the city’s best-known buildings – the Central Library and the Conservatory among them – have been demolished to make way for a series of new buildings for offices, leisure and hotels, as well as more open public areas.

Cleaning work started in January 2015, with the first two buildings built by 2018. The complete project is expected to be completed in 2025.
